If your item arrived damaged in transit, please contact contact@layvrastudio.com within 7 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. This administrative notification period does not limit your legal consumer rights or replace our general 14-day return policy. It is not a 7-day deadline to request a return.

Note: layer lines and texture variations are not shipping damage — they are normal characteristics of 3D printing.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
